At ANL we are building the 2D materials supply platform for the semiconductor industry. We have developed the technology, tools and processes to create and stack one atom thick layers onto wafers. Starting with graphene in More than Moore applications such as bio-sensors and photonics and ultimately moving to other 2D materials such as TMDC’s for future transistors.
