Our Process Engineers work in a dynamic, international, high-tech environment.

 

Your tasks in this position are:

  • Develop & qualify ANL’s 2D materials processes;
  • Optimize the performance of ANL’s HVM production.

 

As a Process Engineer

You are experienced in HVM cleanroom processing.

You have a demonstrated background in one or more of these disciplines:

  • Lithography (DUV, i-Line, track coat/bake);
  • Deposition & Growth (CVD, PVD, ALD, Diffusion);
  • Dry Etch (Plasma, RIE);
  • Wafer bonding/de-bond;
  • Wet Etch (acid, solvents, clean).

 

You are a team player with a proven “can do” mentality and have highly developed interpersonal skills.

You are a pro-active and a communicative person.

 

We expect you to have:

  • M.Sc. Degree or equivalent level education in a scientific/engineering discipline (physics, chemistry, material science);
  • High attention to detail;
  • Quick-learning of tools capabilities and potentials;
  • Proven processing and tool skills;
  • Excellent oral and written command of the English language.
